Another asparagus painting! The one I painted a few days ago sold, and I had planned to use it for my larger grouping. So, I was forced to paint another one. Not my favorite thing to do, repeat a subject. Still, I find every painting has its special challenges and interests, even if it's a repeat. First of all, they were two different plates of asparagus! I always paint from life.
